ECSquared uses “state of the art” wireless data accumulators to complete thermal mapping studies.  We have data accumulators (recorders)  to fit most applications and environments.  Temperature ranges from -80°C to autoclaves and ovens.  Bench top incubators to warehouse sized freezers and refrigerators.  We use wireless technology because it is the next generational technology and it saves our clients time and money with uncompromising accuracy.  We consistently save our clients 30% in time and money over traditional thermocouple based systems.  Our in-house accumulators come with a one-year calibration and Part 11 compliant secure software.  Utilizing this technology allows one trained person to execute a thermal mapping PQ including 24 hour mapping, open door and power failure studies (eighteen) 18 -80°C freezers in 3 weeks when at the same time a competitor mapped just two freezers. 

We have also mapped a 250,000 sq. ft warehouses in two days.  Set up took 3 hours, the accumulators triggered at a pre-programmed start time later that day and logged data for 24 hours.  We came back the following day and retrieved the accumulators and downloaded in 2 hours.  The customized software allowed us to create a detailed graph and report the next day that was sent to the client for approval.  All activities were accomplished with no interruption to operation.  This provided a better dynamic picture of operation conditions and didn’t disrupt workflows causing a loss in revenue.To review our catalog of data accumulators follow this link.
